the site that will help you upgrade your skills during the presentation using AI
The Problem
There are people who have to give presentations, some do it a lot and some do it less. Nowadays, most people practice before presenting, but… in the end, they all have a common problem. The common problem is that they don’t know if they are prepared enough for the presentation in terms of facing the audience.
Storytime
You need to present a presentation in front of a class, and it’s your second time presenting to people. You’re a bit anxious for various reasons, and the fear that always crosses your mind is “what if…”. You want to be as prepared as possible for the presentation but you don’t have someone to present to, and that’s really frustrating.
Competitor Analysis
Strong Suits:
Disadvantages:
Strong Suits:
1.Easy to use: software is easy to learn and use, even for beginners.
2.Customization options: ability to customize templates to fit your specific needs.
3.Community support: active community of users offering help and tips.
Disadvantages
1.Free plan limitations: free plan is limited in the number of presentations and options
2.Limited design options: design options are more limited than other software
Strong Suits:
1.Prazi offers analysis tools that assist users in improving their presentations. these tools can help users identify presentation segments that need improvement.
2.Prazi allows users to create more interactive and engaging presentations than standard powerpoint presentations.
Disadvantages
1.One of the downsides is that it can be very difficult to use, especially for new users. It has a lot of great features, but it’s also relatively complex.
2.Prezi offers a limited free plan, requiring premium subscriptions for full features and unlimited presentations.
But it still doesn't solve the pain point Because.......
The pain point is that we want to practice our presentation in terms of facing the audience and get feedback on our performance, but we don't have a way.
The solution
The solution is to create a platform that uses AI. we will record ourselves in front of the AI, which is the training. After we finish recording ourselves, the AI will analyze our presentation from the perspective of public speaking.this means that it will analyze our voice, movement, and eye contact during the presentation, and we will receive feedback on how we performed.

User survey
I created a short questionnaire on google forms to learn more about my users' needs. the insights I gained were:
Want the AI to focus on the user's voice during the presentation
They wanted to receive their feedback in both written and video formats, for example.
They want you to be an option to
upload their ready-made video, and
for the AI to analyze it.

Frustrated
List Item #1Even though I train by myself at home, I don't know how to know if I've performed in the best way I can.
That the answers will not be accurate enough and will not really be of help to me.
That a website will be complicated and difficult to use.
Goals
I want the option to upload a video that I recorded during my presentation and receive an analysis of it.
To receive practical tools about my presentation so that I can improve it for the next time.

User interface
And this is basically my design solution that shows how i addressed the pain points i presented along the way.
Let's start practicing
The first screen asks us if we have a presentation ready that we want to upload. if we have a ready presentation, we have options to upload it from our computer or share it through other online sources where we have a presentation prepared, for example: prezi

Parts that AI will emphasize more
In this section, we have the option to choose which parts we want the AI to emphasize more. we also have the option to write something not on the list, and the AI will focus on that.
How would you like to start
Here they basically ask us how we want to start – if we want to begin by presenting and recording directly, or if we want to upload a video that we’ve already filmed or that someone else filmed of us, and the AI will analyze it.
Present and record now
His is actually the part where we record ourselves presenting in front of the AI.
We have the option to pause or start over.
And there's also the
presentation that we
uploaded that we can refer to during the presentation

General summary of the results of the analysis
Here, basically, is the overall analysis by the AI on our presentation. for example, it gives us an evaluation of our voice and gaze while presenting, and finally, a general rating of how we performed.
The deep analysis of the results
This is the part of the deeper analysis that actually shows us parts of the presentation we gave.it highlights sections where the AI noticed we need improvement and also provides feedback on how to enhance them
The examples
Here, basically, it’s the part where the AI gives us examples. it shows us how we said this section and guides us on how we should say it, providing an example. We also have the option to do another take for that specific case
Analysis save+ registration
This is the part where you save your data. to save your analysis, you need to register. the registration process is very easy, and you have the option to register through your google account or through our facebook account.
My analysis
This is actually the section of our analyses that we received after presenting to the AI what we saved. we can go back to this and basically review it, seeing how we are improving for the next time.
